To teach, coach and motivate swimmers of all ages and abilities
to develop swimming skills, technique and confidence in the
• The ability to encourage swimmers and put them at ease.
• An understanding of individual swimming ability within the group.
• A minimum of Swim England level 2 certificate equivalent is required
• A Swim teachers rescue award or equivalent
• To be a role model, creating a positive and fun environment to encourage children and adults to participate in swimming
• To have perseverance,
patience, and to be a good communicator.
