Would you like to improve your knowledge of Microsoft Excel?  Why not join our training sessions to update your skills.

From 9 January 2017 we are offering training sessions on;

Mondays - 17:00-18:00

Tuesdays – 12:30-13:30

Wednesdays - 09:30-10:30

This taught session will be repeated three times during the same week.  Learners need to book for only one session.  Click here to book your place.

These sessions will start off with understanding the Excel 2010 Window, creating and editing workbooks, working with cells, using the find and replace tool, using the spell checker, using the help feature and saving in different file formats.

Refer to the attached document for further details of each session.

All sessions are standalone so you can pick and choose according to your learning needs.

Exams are optional; those interested in achieving a nationally recognised qualification can take the ECDL Spreadsheet Module exam at Level 2 for a module certificate (4 QCF credits at L2) or completion of the module exam can be used towards the ECDL Extra (Part 2) / BCS Level 2 ITQ Certificate in IT User Skills Certificate (contact the Unit for more information).  Completion of an SD1 form is required for exam registration.
