Spreadsheets Session 3 – Formulas, Operators and Cell Referencing
With: Mersedes Farjad 
Week Commencing: Monday 26 February 2018
Venue: IT Training & Support Training Room W109 (access via 24 hour computer room)

This taught session will be repeated twice during the same week.  Learners need to book for only one session.

Topics covered in this session:


•          Creating formulas

•          Good Practice: The easy way to create formulas

•          Copying formulas


•          Order of operations

•          Using operators in formulas

•          Formula error messages

Relative & absolute cell referencing:

•          Relative cell referencing within formulas

•          Absolute cell referencing within formulas

Mixed cell referencing
