The NHS will be opening their Graduate Management Training Scheme for applications tomorrow (Tuesday 11th October)

This scheme is perfect for anyone who is considering a career in management or who wants to work within the NHS, Europe's largest employer.

Be prepared to work hard, but also be prepared to reap the rewards of your work as part of this multi-award winning, fast-track development scheme. You'll enjoy mentoring, support and first class training from some of the most brilliant minds in the NHS.

You can choose from 5 specialisms, and these are:

  • Finance Management
  • Health Informatics Management
  • Human Resources Management
  • Policy and Strategy
  • General Management

Not only will you be receiving the highest standard of training, you will also get a competitive salary of around £23,000 p.a. (plus location allowance where applicable)

The scheme is available in various locations across England, and whilst the NHS do have placements in the South West, it is not guaranteed that you will be placed here, so please consider this when applying. However, please don't let that put you off as this is a fantastic opportunity and will really help to kick start your career.

The deadline for applications is Tuesday 6th December 2016.
