Young Devon are looking to take on a Housing Support Worker based at their Young Devon Support Housing Projects in Newton Abbot and Exeter. This position is currently for 30 hours per week but could possibly increase to full-time in the future, with a salary of £18,862 per annum.
As a Housing Support Worker you will work in a mixture of residential and floating support projects, primarily in areas of Exeter and Newton Abbot. You'll be working with vulnerable young people aged 16-25 years old, supporting them through the transition to independence. Please read the attached job description for more detail on this position.
